Description : Maize tortillas with a diameter of 4.5 inch, 6 inch and 12 inch are made from yellow corn, white corn or blue corn. Also added cactus leaves and Guajillo pepper that two flavor tortillas to satisfy everyone's taste buds. This tortilla is vacuum-packed and can be stored at room temperature before opened. It is easy to cook and nutritious. It is definitely your first choice for cooking.
How to warm them : Best way to reheat them in a hot pan 20 to 30 seconds each side, spray them with a bit of water. You can also reheat them in the microwave.
How to use them : Tortillas can be used to prepare assorted types of tacos, such as regular tacos, golden tacos (fried until crispy), flautas (flutes rolled taquitos). When cut into triangles and fried they become totopos (tortilla chips) to prepare chilaquiles with sauce or just to be dipped in cheese or guacamole. When cut in stripes, they are used to make tortilla soup, a delicious hot soup with a stingy flavour to chipotle.
How to keep them : Keep in a dry, cool place. Once opened, keep refrigerated inside of a plastic bag.
