* Note: In situations where no lift is available, Merrygobanana or its staff will require the customer to pick up the goods at a location chosen by Merrygobanana or its staff.
Remote areas, remote islands, restricted areas that require a permit and areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles or buildings without a functioning lift to the 3/F or above. Remote areas and other islands where we currently do not make deliveries:
* Note: No delivery services shall be available on first four days of the Chinese New Year, Hong Kong general public holidays (for specific arrangement can refer to the latest news on our website), Typhoon signal No 8 or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted.
* For orders over HK$ 800: The delivery service is FREE within Hong Kong and Kowloon Area.
* For orders below HK$ 800: we charge a nominal delivery fee of HK$ 60 (per each delivery purchase).
(Note: The price of each item included in the total order amount must be based on the price of the website. Individual items purchased at the discount price cannot be included in the total order amount to enjoy the freight exemption.)
In New Territories even if the total order amount is over HK$800, we charge a nominal delivery fee of HK$ 80 (per each delivery purchase).
(Note: We do not deliver to some New Territories remote areas and islands. Please check the “Areas we do not deliver” section for more information.)

Local delivery service (about 2-5 days for delivery), after receiving your order:
After we receive your order, our customer service representative will call you to confirm the order details and delivery date. On the date of delivery, our delivery team will call you again to confirm the delivery time. The normal delivery lead time is 2~5 working days. We deliver between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, except on the first four days of the Lunar New Year and when typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning is in force.
Note: Please ensure that a person aged 16 or above who is authorized to receive the order is present at the specified time of delivery at the Customer’s address to receive and pay for the order. If no such person is present, the delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another agreed time and the customer may be charged for such an arrangement. Merry go banana reserves the right to charge the Customer an extra delivery fee.

If you bought your products online with the option option of pick up at our offices:
To collect your order with our Pick up service you only need to present your order pick-up email , which we send to the email account you have selected, to be able to pick up your purchase.
For Pickup orders you have 7 calendar days from the email notification that informs you that it is now available.
No. Our shop is based on online shopping. But you can buy and pick up your purchase at our office thanks our Pick up service.

To find a product, you can display the navigation menu (located in the upper left corner on the mobile version). This way, you will be able to access all the available areas and types of products. Each type of product have a dropdown with their respective products by brands.
You can also use Share box located in the upper side with the respective icon.
For online purchases: You can pay for your purchases with the following means:

1. Pictures of Products on this site may not correspond exactly to Product description. In such case the written description of the Product is relied upon. The Customer shall not be entitled to return a Product on the basis that it does not correspond exactly to its on-line picture.
2. Merry Go Banana shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled and shall deal with any discrepancies in the following manner, provided they are reported within three (3) days of delivery via phone call at 21110475 .
If any Product proves to have been delivered in a damaged condition, omitted in the delivery, or if the wrong Product is delivered, Merry Go Banana shall either refund to the Customer the Price of that Product, or replace the Product.
If any Product which was not included in the Customer’s order is delivered to the Customer by mistake, Merry Go Banana reserves the right to collect the wrong Product delivered.
If the Customer has been charged for a Product which has not been delivered, Merry Go Banana shall refund to the Customer the Price of that Product as originally charged to the Customer.
If a Customer is charged more than the Price of a Product, Merry Go Banana shall refund to the Customer the difference. Merry Go Banana will not refund or exchange goods or rectify discrepancies 3 days after delivery.
3. Merry Go Banana’s liability to any Product delivered is limited to refund or replacement specified above. All other remedies are excluded.
