Mexican Tomatillo – These are green tomatoes or husk tomatoes, known in Mexico as “tomato verde” or tomatillos.” Vine ripened in the tropical Mexican sun, they are not unripe tomatoes. They are, however, an indispensable item in Mexico’s cooking – there would be no salsa verde (green sauce) without them! Practical and high yielding in the kitchen, their main use in for blending and chopping in sauces.

黏果酸漿 – 它們是綠色的番茄或者叫做有外殼的番茄,總所周知它們在墨西哥被稱為“番茄verde(verde即西班牙文,綠色的意思)”或“tomatillos”(翻譯為黏果酸漿,又稱墨西哥酸漿,是茄科酸漿屬的植物所結果實形似蕃茄,而本身也是蕃茄的遠親)“多半於未成熟呈綠色時採收,它們是墨西哥料理常見的食材。主要用於製作綠色莎莎醬等菜餚!
